工作职责:
Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Project Procurement Manager to manage the Project Team’s supply of products and services. The Project Procurement Manager responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers. The Project Procurement Manager’s duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the Project can invest in growth and people. Project Procurement Manager’s Responsibilities: Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to optimize spend and enhance the procurement strategy. Collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure procurement activities and to support overall corporate goals. Implementing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and tailor procurement strategies to the Projects needs. Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies. Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships. Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms. Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services according to BOM. Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries according to BOM. Examine and test existing contracts. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the Project. Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients. Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies. Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements. Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs. Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers. Project Procurement Manager Requirements: Proven working experience as a Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer or Head of Procurement. Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market. Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures. Talent in negotiations and networking. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks, i.e. in collecting and analyzing data. Competency in Microsoft Office including working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers. Ability to work on tight deadlines.
